Swimming the right way

I am sure most of you think its impossible to shed any weight swimming. Hey, I am the living proof for this. I was 127 kgs a year back, and have come down to 94, thanks to swimming. And believe me, I have also started hogging and eat a lot more than i ever used to before!

Another thing which I want to take up is running a marathon. I know you will say I am too fat to take this up, but I challenge you I can and I will! I have a wonderful system which is helping me take on this challenge in a fantastic way. I feel, even with the right training plan... running the 26-mile marathon is far from easy.

It requires intense dedication... serious discipline... and the willpower to push through the wall and keep going... even when every muscle in your body is screaming at you to stop.
